Its name is BERTARELLO and, almost as if it were a young and inexperienced son, I care for it and protect it . It’s my little farm: 30 hectares of chestnut trees, pastures, and raspberry and olive groves. It was born in an area with a millenary tradition of olive cultivation since the time of the Etruscans, as witnessed by numerous archaeological finds in the area that demonstrate its wide dissemination since pre-roman times.
